Expression of Interest: Channel Account Managers, Texas & Florida

CyberSentriq's Distribution and MSP-first go-to-market model launches soon, and over the next 12 months our channel network across the two states will scale fast. We're not filling a seat today, but we want to know the people who could own that growth when the time comes.

If you're a customer-focused cybersecurity professional who knows how to build a channel from the ground up, we'd like to hear from you.

What this role will look like

• Recruit, onboard, and activate distributor and reseller partners across an assigned territory
• Own deal registration end to end, resolving channel conflict fairly and fast
• Build partner enablement programs (training, certification, joint go-to-market plans) that get new distributors selling with confidence
• Develop co-selling motions with distributor and reseller sales teams
• Track channel-sourced pipeline in CRM/PRM, keeping forecasts accurate
• Adjust territory strategy as the two-tier model matures through 2026 and 2027

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

• A proven track record in channel sales, partner management, or distribution within IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS
• Solid understanding of two-tier distribution economics: how distributors and resellers generate margin, and where deal conflict tends to arise
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, comfortable managing multiple partner stakeholders at once
• Organised and CRM/PRM-literate

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with a Partner Relationship Management platform
• Familiarity with MDF/co-op fund management and joint business planning
• Prior experience distributing cybersecurity or security-adjacent products

AI-native by default

We expect Channel Account Managers to use AI as part of how they work, not as an add-on:

• AI-assisted partner analytics to spot which distributors and resellers carry the highest activation or churn risk
• AI drafting tools to prepare enablement content and business reviews faster, with your own judgment always the final check
• AI-powered CRM/PRM insights to catch deal-registration conflicts early
