Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. Experience in the food service industry. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
