Contract CRO Specialist

The RoleYou'll own CRO execution across a portfolio of client accounts from audit and hypothesis through test design, analysis, and reporting. This isn't a strategy-only position. You'll be in the data, writing copy, validating tracking, and presenting results to clients. You'll work independently while staying aligned with senior leadership, and you'll be expected to manage your own pipeline of tests.What You'll DoAudit client websites and funnels to identify conversion blockers and prioritize opportunitiesBuild and manage testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomesDesign, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate testsAnalyze GA4, heatmap, and session recording data to surface actionable insightsWrite test copy headlines, CTAs, form microcopy, and landing page contentValidate and troubleshoot tracking via GTM and GA4Present findings and recommendations clearly to clientsMaintain test documentation and hypothesis backlogs across accountsRequirements2+ years of hands-on CRO experience on lead gen and/or eCommerce sitesCurrent GA4 certification (strictly required)Proficiency with at least one testing platform: Optimizely, VWO, Convert, or AB TastyExperience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or FullStorySolid working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Sheets, and Looker StudioStrong written communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently across multiple clients in an agency environmentNice to HaveExperience with long consideration funnels, high-AOV/subscription DTC, or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with ICE, PIE, or PXL prioritization frameworksComfort collaborating with developers on test implementation and QA
