Come be a part of what’s next.Our Enterprise Sales team is looking for a unique combination of skills and experience across varying levels dependent on the subject matter expertise and previously owned books of business. ResponsibilitiesEstablish and foster working relationships with key decision makers on both client and agency levels with a focus on Holding Companies and Fortune 500 brandsBuild on the strengths of the Netflix portfolio of product offerings to close new business while renewing and up-selling existing clients to maximize revenuePrepare proposals and respond to RFP’s with a high degree of professionalism, and quality and in a timely mannerWork with Netflix Ad Sales Product, Marketing, Research, and Revenue Yield Management to ensure that client’s needs are being metNegotiate pricing, advertising placement, content, and event conceptsDevelop sales strategies and sales plans for assigned accountsCreate and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clientsProspect, identify, and qualify new clients Stay current on video advertising trends and innovationsThe position requires travel based on agency and client locationQualificationsAt least 6 years of professional experience in the Advertising industry, with at least 2+ years of direct media sales experience managing complex agency and client relationships Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomesHighly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customersProblem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functionsProspecting and cold-calling skills are necessaryUnderstanding of how our clients set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to multi-task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speedStrong, confident presentation skillsGenerally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $230,000.00 - $325,000.00.Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
