Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.What You'll Do:Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programsEncourage and support resident participationHelp prepare activity calendars and newslettersEscort residents to and from programs as neededMaintain organized activity spaces and suppliesSupport volunteer engagement and community partnershipsDocument participation per regulatory guidelinesMonitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriatelyYou help create meaningful experiences that enhance resident well-being and strengthen community connections.What We're Looking For:High School Diploma/GEDStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lead small group activitiesValid driver's license (as applicable)Senior living experience preferredPay Range: 17.00 - 21.25Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
