Flexibility to adjust your schedule, including occasional shift coverage, is an expectation of this role.Work Setting: Crisis - Recovery Response Center; Peoria, AZSalary/Hourly Wage: $110,000 - $115,000 annuallySpecialties / Licenses or Certifications:Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.Independent State Licensure required.State designation as required.Summary of Job: The Clinical Director is responsible for programming activities, providing support and development, and modeling position functions for the team. The Clinical Director also ensures that goals remain focused, recovery services are provided and linkage to ongoing recovery and treatment services are being made.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Guest Care & Advocacy: Provides short-and long-term recovery-oriented therapeutic counseling and education, on a group or individual basis.Provides family education and family counseling.Provides crisis management services and responds to urgent/emergent participant needs.Implements the transition/discharge care plan in partnership with each participant.Team Leadership: Serves as onsite immediate supervisor for team members through role modeling and coaching.Compliance & Risk Management: Conducts thorough clinical assessments and treatment plans for services.Completes clinical documentation and required paperwork as required.Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.Cross Functional Collaboration: Ensures daily operations run smoothly and assures a healthy partnership with other stakeholders.Additional Duties: Performs other related duties as assigned.Your well-being and success are our priority at RI—explore our benefits and discover how we invest in YOU every step of the way! Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty (20) pounds. Work Environment May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and/or confused.
