Senior Law Analyst (Paralegal)

Oklahoma City, OK | Hybrid (3 Days In Office)

A respected Oklahoma organization is seeking a Senior Law Analyst (Paralegal) to support its General Counsel and legal team on a variety of trust administration, corporate governance, transactional, and legal operations matters.

What You'll Do:

• Support trust and estate administration activities
• Maintain corporate records and governance documents
• Assist with M&A transactions, due diligence, and data rooms
• Manage legal projects, research, and compliance initiatives
• Partner with attorneys, executives, trustees, and outside advisors

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
• Background in trusts & estates, corporate governance, transactions, family office support, or entity management
• Strong legal drafting, organizational, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred

Compensation: $77,000 - $88,000 + Bonus

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $88,000.00 per year
