Qualifications:

• Capability to follow instructions and adapt to different classroom needs

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction and classroom management
• Support individual students or small groups who need additional help
• Aid in preparing materials, organizing resources, and reinforcing lessons
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess
• Model positive behavior and encourage student participation
• Help with special needs accommodations, as directed
• Ensure a safe, supportive atmosphere for all students
