Those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status are encouraged to apply. Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are also welcome. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued for serving the diverse needs of this community.

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or eligible to interview if licensure is pending
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Experience working with pediatric and school-based populations
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 33 K-4 students
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students at one school location
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide both in-person and teletherapy services as appropriate
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes
• Work collaboratively to build supportive learning environments
