Project Engineer - Land/Site Development

Project Engineer/APM – Land Development Division A reputable consulting firm is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer/Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to lead projects within their Land Development Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing medium to large-scale development projects for commercial, residential, and municipal clients. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule. Lead and supervise project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Drive business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships. Oversee all phases of project development, including: Preparation of conceptual and feasibility studies. Development of design reports and detailed drawings. Coordination of project deliverables and compliance with regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida. Proven experience in leading and supervising staff. Strong business development and client management skills. Familiarity with all phases of project development.
