Responsibilities

- Assist with care planning and implementation of individualized plans based on resident needs.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in Vermont (or eligibility for licensure in Vermont)
- Ability to work the listed shift and travel assignment schedule (school-day timing)
- Strong documentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort working in mental health, developmental disability, and substance abuse treatment settings
