General Sales Manager

As the General Sales Manager with our company, you will lead our sales team, desk deals, close deals, and assist with hiring, training, and holding a sales staff accountable in our policies and procedures. We are looking for someone with strong desking experience and a thorough knowledge of deal structure, proper vehicle selection, and the over all sales process. This is an opportunity with tremendous potential for growth for someone hungry enough to take on the challenge and that have the skillset and openness to absorb and sharpen the necessary skills to achieve that success. We are looking for someone with tenacity, a strong work ethic, and willingness to put in the effort needed to get the job done. This is a very hands-on position, and you will be expected to lead from the front and train by example. The right candidate will be coachable, adaptable, and open to learning while also bringing the experience and leadership necessary to make an immediate impact. Minimum three years of dealership sales management experience will be required.
