Role Description
This is a full-time, in-person role for an Administrative Assistant to the Sales Director. This role involves managing customer support, order entry, clerical tasks, macro and micro data analysis, providing high-level executive administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include customer interaction, order workflow management, data entry and analysis, handling communications, maintaining records.
Qualifications
- Aptitude to work in a start-up style, dynamic, fast paced environment, where the goal post can change.
- Stress Tolerance and ability to "read between the lines" to extract deeper meaning.
- High Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, documentation, and office operations.
- Task Prioritization and Attention to Detail.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP are preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role is a plus
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in administration, office management, or a related field
$45 - $46 per hour
