Cleaning Site Supervisor - Mason Ohio

Job Description Location: Mason Ohio - near Tylersville Road and Western Row Road Rate of Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Fri Duties: Oversee a crew of cleaning personnel in a large office building - including: Coordinate and supervise on site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritization Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards Perform regular building walk-through's and inspections. Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees. Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups. Replenish supplies Maintain and repair equipment Fill in for absent employees. Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members, fostering a positive work environment Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessary Qualifications Must pass criminal background check Must have reliable transportation Must have experience supervising cleaning/janitorial crews Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crystal Clear Building Services
