Follow the EEC and Primrose guidelines. Provide a fun and engaging learning preschool environment. Conduct observations and parent‑teacher conferences. Preferred Experience 1 year in a professional early childhood center or a 2‑year degree in early childhood education or a related field. Key Responsibilities Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child. Work with your co‑teacher to implement lesson plans from the research‑informed Balanced Learning® curriculum. Maintain a well‑kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and make decisions with confidence. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.
