Job Requirements B.A. in education or other relevant content area Applicable license or certification 1 year teaching experience or other relevant experience Ability to create a positive, warm, and achievement-oriented classroom environment based on high expectations that engages, encourages and motivates students Ability to create and execute rigorous daily lesson plans that push students toward achieving mastery of content and skills and embeds character education Provide varied and differentiated instruction to meet students where they are and to challenge and motivate them Work collaboratively with school leadership and special education faculty and staff to ensure that all students’ needs are met Effectively communicate with students, families, and colleagues Utilize data and reflection to drive instruction, plan for supports and interventions, and improve lesson plans Experience using online resources and other technologies to enhance learning At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
