Restoration Crew Chief

Key Responsibilities Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to completion Perform and supervise demolition, drying, moisture mapping, and equipment setup Communicate clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters Document jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, moisture readings) Ensure safety compliance and quality control on every project Manage 1-2 technicians per job Maintain vehicles, tools, and drying equipment This role is approximately 60% field production work and 40% customer communication and documentation. Qualifications IICRC certification (WRT and ASD preferred) Proven experience leading a mitigation crew or serving as senior technician Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and active job sites Valid driver’s license Strong communication and leadership skills This is not an entry-level position. Restoration experience is required.
