JVC Group, Inc. is a multi-discipline site development consulting firm serving both public and private sector clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Located in Plano, Texas, we are looking for a motivated and competent individual to join our growing team as a Land Survey Field Crew Chief.
Job Description:
Minimum 3 years of experience working in and with a survey field crew
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief
Experience with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary and Topographic Surveys, and Residential Construction Staking
A working knowledge of Trimble GPS equipment, Trimble TSC3 data collector with Trimble Access
Proficient with field survey calculations, downloading field data, performing topographic and boundary surveys and residential construction staking
Job Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
High school degree or equivalent
Valid Texas Driver’s License
Acceptable Driving Record
Must have a clean background check

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Overtime Pay: time + 1⁄2
Supplemental Pay: Quarterly Bonuses
