TAMPA IDEALEASE is seeking a high-energy Rental Sales Manager (RSM) to join our growing team. As a RSM the ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and growing the Rental Product Line.

Essential Functions of The Job
- Develop Leads through cold calls, telephone solicitation, and customer visits.
- Organize & Categorize information gathered into CRM (SalesForce) system daily.
- Develop and maintain a strong Pipeline focused on driving multiple product line opportunities.
- Create long-term relationships with customers to promote growth and retention.
- Support Administration group with daily rental activities as required.
- Assist with the collection of any overdue receivables.
Skills, Knowledge, and/or Experienced Required:
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Highly thorough and dependable.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
- Self-Starter that can perform work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eager to learn from peers and managers.
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
