Water-City Blaze is hiring a B2B Sales Representative to join its face-to-face team in Tampa. Water-City Blaze connects service-based companies across Florida with their ideal customers. In this role, you’ll represent those client brands in person, meeting business owners and decision-makers, building relationships and turning conversations into new business. It’s a fun, fast-paced team that cheers you on.

No specific degree or B2B experience is required. Structured, systematic training is provided from day one, so your results come from your effort and coachability, not your resume. That makes this a great opportunity for anyone who wants to build a career in B2B Sales and Business Development.

What You’ll Do

• Meet business owners and managers face to face across Tampa Bay
• Introduce client brands, services and offers to new businesses
• Generate and qualify new leads through in-person conversations
• Build rapport quickly and grow lasting business relationships
• Answer questions on the spot and use negotiation skills to close deals
• Deliver great customer service after the sale
• Build brand awareness for every company you represent

• Authorized to work in the US
• B2B Sales, Outside Sales or Business Development experience is helpful but not required
