Salary: $62,400 per year + Performance-Based Bonuses

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Douce France Bakery is a family-owned wholesale bakery established in 1997 and located in Winter Garden, Florida. We specialize in fresh artisan breads, pastries, croissants, and other baked goods made daily for restaurants, hotels, resorts, coffee shops, and foodservice businesses throughout Central Florida.

We have built strong relationships with our customers over the years and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help us continue growing our business throughout Florida's West Coast.

Job Description

This position focuses on managing and growing our existing customer base while developing new business opportunities throughout Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Dunedin, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland, and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has sales experience strong communication skills, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable working directly with chefs, restaurant owners, purchasing managers, and foodservice professionals.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing customers.
• Prospect and acquire new customers, including restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, and other foodservice businesses.
• Follow up with potential customers, schedule meetings, and coordinate product samples.
• Reconnect with inactive customers and identify opportunities to regain their business.
• Learn our product catalog and understand our production capabilities.
• Identify products customers currently purchase from competing bakeries and present suitable alternatives.
• Maintain an organized schedule of customer visits, potential leads, and follow-ups.
• Communicate regularly with bakery management regarding sales activity, customer feedback, and opportunities for growth.
• Assist with coordinating customer visits and tours of our bakery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in  foodservice, bakery, hospitality, restaurant, or related industries .
• Existing relationships with chefs, hotels, restaurants, resorts, or foodservice purchasing departments is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to develop new business while managing existing accounts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Comfortable traveling throughout the assigned territory.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to track sales activity, customer information, and follow-ups.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $62,400 annually
• Performance-based bonuses tied to sales growth, new customer acquisition, and overall results
