Our Service BDC Representatives are the virtual point of contact for Zimbrick customers needing assistance with their vehicle: from education on feature operation, maintenance and repairs, to appointments, follow up, deferred service and issue resolution. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

What You Will Do

• Provide exceptional service and customer interaction through an Omni-channel solution (phone calls, emails, chat, SMS/text).
• Utilizing strong listening/comprehension and interpersonal skills, you will assess the customer's needs, document vehicle concerns/symptoms and determine the best servicing solution, all with a customer-centric focus.
• Document customer concerns, determine if a virtual or in person solution is required, execute the solution with our service teams.
• Guide customers through the vehicle service process by responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously.
• Resolve customers' challenges with the best solutions by using all resources.
• Understanding the range of products and services available to offer guests options tailored specifically to meet their automotive needs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Monday - Friday with 1 Saturday every other month
• Shifts Needed: Looking for someone that can be flexible from the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and fill in where is needed.
• This is not a remote role. We are looking to a candidate that would work for our Fish Hatchery Road Campus in Madison, WI.
