Regional Payor Strategy Lead - Glaucoma

Bausch+Lomb Companies Inc.

Bausch + Lomb seeks a RAM to execute payor strategies and secure coverage for Surgical Glaucoma products across commercial plans, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid. You will build payor relationships, educate providers, and navigate coding, billing, and appeals to improve patient access. The role reports to the National Payor Account Director, involves extensive field engagement (30–50%), and requires travel across states to collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and HUB teams.
