Help

As a Program Manager, you will:

• Serve as the Program Manager, managing the day-to-day operations of support activities and assigned programs and projects in the Real Estate and Logistics Portfolio, Supply Chain Management Service area.
• Forecast customer demands and ensure the SCMS services in their area of responsibility meet customer needs.
• Assure that program review and evaluation efforts are undertaken to identify problems and improve the effectiveness of existing plans, programs, and policies.
• Oversee budget tracking and maintenance with the goal of full cost recovery and identify programmatic changes, major cost increases and shifting customer requirements for mid-year adjustments.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications : You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:

• Managing administrative and operational programs supporting supply chain and logistics activities for multiple customers and organizational stakeholders.
• Coordinating program operations and project activities to support customer requirements and organizational priorities.
• Evaluating program performance and recommending process improvements to increase operational effectiveness.
• Monitoring program budgets and contract activities to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and funding limitations.

If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited.
