Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital marketing environments. Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
