Lumber Yard Worker

Pay: $18.00/Hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays with overtime | Day Shift

Location: North Plains, OR

Job Duties Include:

Varied positions throughout the lumber yard
Receiving, handling, and organizing lumber products
Wrapping, packing, and palletizing wood products
Operating large industrial saws and hand tools (training provided)
Stacking, sorting, and organizing lumber
Preparing materials for shipment
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

Requirements:

Previous warehouse, production, or lumber yard experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working with lumber throughout the day
Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Steel-toe boots required
Working in all weather
Site is not bus accessible- must have reliable transportation
