Compliance Analyst

*Description*
Support the ongoing development, enhancement, and rollout of the firm's IT control framework within the one of the groups.
Gather data from multiple internal sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting.
Build and maintain IT control reports, dashboards, KPIs, and metrics using Excel and Power BI.
Analyze trends and operational control performance to help identify improvement areas and enhance IT control maturity.
Automate recurring reporting workflows and document processes to ensure repeatability and audit readiness.

Ability to work with confidential information and maintain high standards of precision and documentation quality.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
