Responsibilities This role is a key relationship manager for all assigned clients and handles all aspects of client service and communication with them. Build and maintain strong relationships with our partner insurance carriers. Analyze policy performance, make recommendations to the FDL advisor and prepare client account reviews. Process term conversions and policy replacements when beneficial for the client. Respond to client inquiries and their advisors on a timely and accurate basis. Organizes and attends client meetings as necessary, either in person or virtually and coordinates materials for client meetings and prepares meeting notes. Maintain updated case notes in the CRM system (Smart Office) as well as run various reports within the CRM system to help with inforce client service management. Assist with information for regulatory audits and reviews. Performs job functions in compliance with all company policies and federal/state rules and FINRA/SEC regulations as applicable to the position. Assist with special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, psychology or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in the Life insurance or Investment industry Advanced Computer skills including a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe and Microsoft Teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy and critical thinking skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow through on projects and activities. Experience with CRM or Data Base software and Docusign preferred.
