Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care in a surgical telemetry unit.
• Assist with patient ambulation and wound care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR systems.
• Collaborate with a team of RN, LVN, and PCT staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Support patient discharge and admission processes with the unit’s dedicated team.
