Responsibilities Learn to complete manual machine tasks and run CNC machines. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Loading and unloading of materials into various machines. General good housekeeping practices within work area. Review work center for maintenance compliance. Maintain correct time reporting and accurate entries on applicable manufacturing documentation. Comply with company quality and safety requirements. Education, Skills, and Competencies High School Diploma, GED or higher education Experience using measuring tools. Must be mechanically inclined. Ability to pay attention to a single task for long periods of time. Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions (English) Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, cooperates with co-workers, management, internal and external customers, as applicable (Core values). While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced deadline orientated environment. Must be able to work in a team environment.
