Sales & Styling Associate — FEMALE FORM Studio
Williamsburg, Brooklyn · 4 days per week
FEMALE FORM is looking for a warm, stylish, and sales-driven associate to join FF Studio.
Our Studio brings together shopping, styling, exclusive pieces, new launches, and collaborations. We want every client to feel welcomed, discover something they love, and have a reason to come back.
We’re a small team with big ambition. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in the space, connects naturally with people, and can confidently run a shift.
What you’ll do- Sell through thoughtful styling. Start conversations, understand what clients are looking for, and suggest pieces and complete looks that feel right for them.
- Build relationships. Make first-time visitors feel welcome and give returning clients a personal experience.
- Know the collection. Learn our designers, fits, fabrics, and new arrivals so you can make confident recommendations.
- Take ownership of the floor. Keep the Studio inviting, organized, and stocked throughout the day.
- Handle daily operations. Process purchases and returns, replenish merchandise, support inventory accuracy, and follow opening and closing routines.
- Help make the Studio a destination. Bring energy to new drops, collaborations, and special events.
- You have strong personal style and enjoy helping others find theirs.
- You’re friendly, observant, and comfortable initiating conversations.
- You enjoy selling and working toward clear goals.
- You’re reliable, punctual, and confident working independently.
- You notice what needs doing and take initiative.
- You welcome feedback and want to keep improving.
Experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer-facing sales is a plus. Good judgment, genuine enthusiasm, and follow-through matter just as much.
Schedule & trainingThis role is approximately four days per week , with weekend availability important. Studio shifts generally run 11 a.m.–8 p.m.
You’ll receive hands-on training in our collection, styling approach, sales expectations, and daily operations, with continued coaching as you settle into the role.
