Payroll Supervisor

1 day- Onsite, 4 days Remote Perm - $90-120k 2 rounds - FR this Thursday and Friday Required Skills & Experience Knowledge of computerized payroll systems and related applications, both outsourced and in-house Ability to perform detailed analysis Several years of payroll tax administration experience with increasing levels of responsibility Ability to analyze complex payroll tax issues, identify trends, and develop effective solutions Proficiency with payroll software and related tools, preferably ADP Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws in a multi-state, multi-location environment Prior experience supporting high-volume employers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience using ADP SmartCompliance and strong Excel skills Knowledge of tax-related payroll applications and compliance tools Working knowledge of expatriate and international payrolls preferred CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) certification preferred Familiarity with tax regulations related to foreign-national employees Understanding of payroll tax compliance for domestic and international workforces Job Description The Sr. Payroll Tax Compliance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing payroll tax compliance across multiple states and company entities, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and that all payroll tax filings and deposits are completed correctly. This person works closely with ADP and other third-party providers, reconciles payroll tax data on a regular basis, monitors payroll tax payments, researches and resolves tax-related issues, and manages the setup of new tax jurisdictions. The role also ensures employee tax information is accurate, stays current on changing tax laws, provides recommendations to leadership, and supports payroll tax initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
