Wedding & Events Sales Manager
Scribner Bend Vineyards is seeking an experienced, energetic Wedding & Events Sales Manager to lead our wedding and private event sales from initial inquiry through booking. This is a sales-focused position for someone who knows how to build relationships, conduct compelling venue tours, follow up consistently, and close the sale.
Responsibilities include: responding to and qualifying leads, conducting venue tours, preparing proposals and contracts, managing follow-up, meeting monthly booking goals, participating in open houses and bridal events, and developing relationships with wedding planners and local vendors. The position will also work closely with our marketing and event teams to maximize qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition from sales to event coordination.
Ideal candidate: 3+ years of sales experience in weddings, events, hospitality, hotels, resorts, or wineries; excellent communication and organizational skills; confident closing abilities; strong follow-through; and a genuine passion for weddings and hospitality. Sacramento-area wedding industry experience is a plus.
Full-time | Salary commensurate with/experience + potential performance bonus | Primarily Wednesday–Sunday with occasional evenings.
