System Manager Assistant and Student Enrollment

Position Overview

The System Manager Assistant & Student Enrollment specialist serves as a pivotal administrative partner at Lewis Chapel Legacy Christian Academy, primarily responsible for the stewardship of the Learning Management System (LMS) and the strategic execution of student enrollment cycles. This professional role demands a high level of data integrity, technical proficiency, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to prospective and current families. By maintaining meticulous digital records and facilitating a seamless transition for students from application to classroom, the incumbent ensures that the academy’s operational infrastructure robustly supports its educational mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive administration of the student information database, ensuring all academic and demographic records are updated with precision.
• Facilitate the end-to-end enrollment and re-enrollment lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for families to guide them through documentation requirements and deadlines.
• Establish and enforce rigorous data management protocols to maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of the academy’s digital archives.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the LMS, delivering troubleshooting assistance and training to faculty, staff, and parents to optimize user adoption.
• Synthesize complex data sets to generate analytical reports that track enrollment trends and provide actionable insights for the administrative leadership team.
• Coordinate cross-departmental office operations, ensuring clear and professional communication flows between the academy and its external stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor system performance and collaborate with IT vendors or internal teams to resolve technical impediments promptly.
• Audit and manage user access levels and permissions, maintaining a secure digital environment through consistent system configuration and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Possession of an Associate Degree or higher from an accredited institution, with a focus on Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to master proprietary software and adapt to evolving digital infrastructure rapidly.
• Professional experience in database management or school-based technology platforms (e.g., PowerSchool, FACTS, or Canvas) is highly desirable.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail and a disciplined approach to organization.
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and work autonomously within a structured part-time schedule to meet departmental objectives.
