Social Media Lead

To drive brand awareness and engagement, the full-time remote Social Media Lead will manage content strategy, storytelling, and influencer programs while overseeing brand partnerships and performance metrics across various social platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead cross-platform content strategy and editorial planning for social media channels Oversee content creation, including managing the production lifecycle and optimizing creative assets Support brand partnership strategy by identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborations to enhance brand visibility Required Qualifications 5+ years in social, content, or brand marketing with at least 2 years in a strategic role Proven track record of successful campaigns and content that drives business growth Strong writing skills with the ability to capture and extend the brand's unique voice Hands-on experience with content production and editing using tools like CapCut or Adobe CC Comfort with analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
