Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

Springfield Clinic Main Campus

Springfield Clinic is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to be the welcoming first point of contact for guests. You will handle phone inquiries, guide patients through check-in, verify insurance data, enroll in FMH, and collect payments. You will coordinate with Care Teams and departments to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate data in the EHR.
