Information Technology Coordinator

We are looking for a Contractor to join our team. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between County departments and the Web Team. Support communications related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Intranet and web services, Accessibility initiatives. Coordinate GovDelivery email requests, reviews, scheduling, and follow‑up activities. Help departments understand service offerings, standards, timelines, and processes. Manage intake, tracking, and follow‑up of web and M365 requests through Jira, Service Desk, or other ticketing systems. Collaborate with content owners, communications teams, and business stakeholders. Develop FAQs, user guides, training communications, and customer‑facing documentation. Identify communication gaps and recommend process improvements. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience coordinating projects, requests, or stakeholder communications. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online. Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Help Desk, or ticketing systems. Strong organizational and follow‑up skills. Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience supporting training, adoption, or change management initiatives.
