Responsibilities Interact and engage with new, current, and previous customers, offering home‑comfort solutions to build life‑long relationships. Efficiently communicate during in‑home conversations, helping homeowners save money on utilities, future repairs, and improve comfort and air quality. Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base. Additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals. Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers. Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools to streamline processes. Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in‑person meetings. Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of business‑to‑consumer sales experience (industry experience not required). Strong drive to sell to customers and help solve their needs. Physical Requirements Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual workstation or office. Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device. Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear both in person and by telephone. Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 10 pounds. Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
