Lead Coding Quality & Compliance Specialist
Parkland Health and Hospital System (PHHS)
Parkland Health and Hospital System (PHHS) is seeking a Virtual Lead Coding Specialist to enhance quality audit scores in coding. Responsibilities include conducting coding reviews, coaching staff, and ensuring coding compliance. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma, completed a coding program, and possess four years of relevant coding experience. Desirable skills include knowledge of coding guidelines and effective communication. Certification such as RHIT or CPC is required.
