Staff Development Coordinator RN

Signature HealthCARE

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education and staff development in our long-term and post-acute care setting. In this resident-centered, faith-based, and mission-driven environment, you will design and deliver orientation, in-services, and competency-based training for nursing staff, promoting compassionate, high-quality, and compliant care. You will support quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory readiness while coaching nurses in best practices.
