Litigation Associate

Associate - Litigation Position in the Atlanta office of Squire Patton Boggs. Seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in commercial and product liability and/or class action defense to support multi‑national companies worldwide. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Manage discovery and coordination with local counsel. Defend against litigation, including class actions. Qualifications 2‑4 years of experience in litigation. Admission to the Georgia Bar. JD from an accredited law school with strong academic record. Excellent credentials. Experience in commercial or product liability and/or high‑stakes class actions is required. Strong research, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Self‑starter, capable of prioritizing workload, exercising good judgment and working well under pressure. Courtroom and deposition experience is preferred.
