Anchorage, Alaska Branch Position Project Coordinator Description North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position is in office and supports outside sales staff within the Anchorage, AK office. Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities -Order entry and management
- Inventory control
- Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation
- Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders
- Prepping orders for future invoicing
- Scheduling and coordinating freight
- Order entry/management experience
- Ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)
- A team player
- Have a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
