Service Coordinator Administrator Requirements

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent organizational and time management skills High attention to detail, especially in proofreading and documentation Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Mechanical aptitude or the ability to quickly learn technical concepts Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination preferred

Service Coordinator Administrator Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule service calls, ensuring timely dispatch and completion Act as the central point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams Manage the dispatching of technicians and adjust schedules as needed in real time Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management Proofread service reports, communications, and documentation for accuracy Track service activity and maintain organized records in company systems Utilize Outlook, Excel, and Word for communication, reporting, and documentation Monitor workflow and anticipate service needs through basic analysis and forecasting Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
