This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to support PreK–12th grade students, with a particular emphasis on Early Childhood, in a dynamic educational setting near Parma, MI. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills that support their success in and out of the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Michigan SLP license (please verify status using the Michigan Department of Education’s public credential search tool).
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• School-based SLP experience is highly desirable.
• CFs may be considered; candidates should secure supervision in advance.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working onsite—this role will not support teletherapy (VOCO).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results.
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to optimize students’ progress.
• Deliver direct therapy tailored to each student’s unique needs, with a focus on early intervention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and staff development opportunities.
