Make a real difference in the lives of students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist supporting early childhood and school-aged learners. This full-time contract position offers up to 40 hours per week and provides hands-on experience across PreK-12th grade, with a primary focus on early childhood intervention and development. Your expertise will help students overcome communication barriers and reach their fullest potential in a supportive educational setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required
• Previous experience in school settings preferred; confidence in supporting PreK–12th grade (especially early childhood) students
• Applicants presenting a Clinical Fellowship must arrange for supervision
• Comfortable working onsite; remote or virtual (VOCO) work is not an option for this role

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to students across grade levels, with an emphasis on early childhood caseloads
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within the school environment
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Track progress, maintain detailed documentation, and contribute to ongoing evaluations of student needs and outcomes
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students, building strong relationships and fostering inclusive learning environments
