Leasing Specialist — Drive Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing professional to coordinate community sales, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move‑ins with a focus on occupancy and revenue targets. You will design and execute marketing plans, use on‑site software to track data, and collaborate with maintenance to present show-ready units.
