API Technical Success Manager — Onboarding & Adoption
Zillow Group Inc.
Aryeo is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for Media API customers. You’ll guide integrations, translate business needs into API workflows, and collaborate across teams to drive adoption and retention.
You’ll act as a technical escalation point, develop scalable processes, and create resources that improve the customer experience and reduce escalations over time.
