Field Sales Representative

Role : Field Sales Representative
Duration : 2 Months Contract
Location : Allentown, PA
Pay Rate: $25/hr. to $30/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Customer Acquisition: Engage directly with in-store customers to introduce and promote smart cart technology, conducting live demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
• Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective customer engagement and sales tactics tailored to each store environment, adapting approaches based on customer feedback and results.
• Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with store personnel to support seamless operations and represent the product and brand professionally.
• Provide Reporting and Feedback: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and engagement activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition and sales techniques.
• Achieve Targets: Work toward meeting and exceeding daily and weekly customer acquisition and engagement goals.

Required Skills:

• Minimum Qualifications
• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Comfortable working with and explaining new technology.
• Open availability to work a Thursday-to-Monday schedule, including weekends and potential evening shifts.
• Willingness to travel to different stores within your market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking abilities to identify and leverage sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with grocery retail operations and customer behavior.
• Experience promoting technological products or innovations in a retail setting.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work independently.
