What You'll Do Support the Dispensary Manager with day-to-day store operations and team leadership Lead by example on the sales floor and coach employees on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and store expectations Educate customers about cannabis and help them find the right fit Maintain accurate inventory and support compliance with OLCC and company requirements Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and other operational needs Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for business What You Bring Previous retail and customer service experience required; cannabis experience is a plus Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach employees, provide direction, and hold the team accountable Must be 21 years of age or older and hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel throughout the workday and push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds What We Offer Monthly store bonus program Wage increases every 6 months for your first 3 years Tips Employee discounts and complimentary industry samples Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Employee Assistance Program Company-paid life insurance* Paid time off and paid holidays* Eligibility varies based on employment status and plan requirements.
