Only Word format resumes will be considered.Short Description: FL-DBPR-TLH-CTMH-Compliance Officer - Assignment is for approximately 4 monthsComplete Description: FL-DBPR-TLH-Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes - Compliance Officer - Assignment is approximately 4 months Position: Pay Rate: $38.14hr / Vendor Rate: $49.58hr ASSIGNMENT DURATION: Approximately 4 months WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional office, business casualCandidate Responsibilities:Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.Advise complainant of the Divisions jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.Document the actions in the OnBase system.Candidate Required Skills:Communicate verbally and in writing appropriatelyRead and interpret Florida statutesPrevious experience working with the public in a professional work environmentExceptional organizational skillsCommit to the project timeline Padmore Global Connections LLC
